Thaina graduated from the University of Toronto earning an Honours Bachelor of Science degree. She holds a special interest in musculoskeletal disorders and mechanics of the lower limb, ankle, and foot.Thaina moved to Melbourne Australia and completed a Bachelor of Applied Science and Masters of Podiatric Medicine. To date, she is a registered Podiatrist in Australia, and Manitoba, and a registered member with the College of Chiropodist of Ontario holding a full scope license in good standing.
Over the past few years, Thaina has worked and gained vital experience in public, private and multidisciplinary healthcare settings which facilitated exposure to individuals of all ages with diverse conditions. During her work in Manitoba, she performed corticosteroid injection therapy under guidance of Diagnostic Ultrasound Imaging to successfully treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.
Thaina takes pride in her personal and professional career growth and commits time to complete continuing education courses to enhance her clinical reasoning skills and knowledge to provide her patients with the highest level of evidence-based solutions.
Thaina is dedicated to her patients and strives to provide complete care for lower limb and foot care health issues.

Amanda graduated from the University of Ottawa, earning an Honours Bachelor of Health Science degree with a specialization in Population and Public Health. She then went on to complete an Advanced Chiropody Diploma at the Michener Institute of Education.
During her clinical training, Amanda shadowed and worked alongside several Chiropodists within Toronto and the GTA. This allowed her to gain vital experience within the field and gain exposure to patients with a variety of different foot related conditions.
Amanda is a registered Chiropodist with the College of Chiropodist of Ontario holding a full scope license in good standing.
In her free time, Amanda likes to golf. During her undergraduate degree she was a member of the University of Ottawa Women's Golf Team, playing at the provincial level.
One of Amanda's research topics of interest is the effect that back pain can have, particularly on female golfers and to what effect different therapies, such as orthotics, can have.

Chiropody Intern
Kanika has a strong background in both medical and biomechanical foot care. She applies a comprehensive, patient-centred approach to support individuals of all ages in improving foot function and reducing discomfort. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology and a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from the University of Guelph-Humber, and most recently completed an Advanced Chiropody Diploma at the Michener Institute of Education.
Her clinical experience spans diverse healthcare environments, including community health centres, hospitals and private practices. In these settings, she has managed a wide range of foot health concerns, including diabetic foot wounds, musculoskeletal and biomechanical conditions, and skin and nail disorders.
Kanika is trained in performing minor toenail surgical procedures, and has experience in wound care and wart management. She also conducts full-body gait and biomechanical assessments and
develops individualized orthotic solutions,
drawing on hands-on experience in orthotic
fabrication and alignment-based
interventions.
Kanika values open communication and patient education as key components of effective care. She is committed to working collaboratively with her patients to support their ongoing foot health.
